Dr Ali believes that the body has a tremendous inner healing power, if we develop this power, the body is capable of fighting the illness independently.
The essence of Dr Ali’s Method is to use a combination approach; including lifestyle management methods, food nutrition, stress management, exercise and therapies – all these again to suit the individuals body requirements and lifestyle.
The Ali Technique ™
The Ali Technique is a state of the art method of manual physical therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles, nerves and connective tissues and joints.
When there is chronic muscle tension or injury, there are usually adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Adhesions can block circulation and cause pain, limited movement, and inflammation.
The Ali Technique works by physically breaking down these adhesions to relieve pain and restore normal movement. To do this, often direct and certain movements or friction is applied across the grain of the muscles or joints to revive the nerve and relieve compression. This technique also vastly improves circulation to the region and stimulates the body to ‘self-heal’.
Dry Needling / Acupuncture
A technique used to treat myofascial pain and dissolve calcification using fine hair-like sterile ‘dry’ needles, one without medication or injection inserted through the skin into areas of muscles and connective tissues to release and stimulate them. This is used to target issues that are at times not manually palpable. The area is stimulated to enable the brain to produce and provide necessary endorphins and energetic chemicals for healing of the required condition.
Stress Management and Anti-Ageing Program
Intensive treatment and lifestyle management to reduce and slow down the effects of ageing physically and mentally. It involves once weekly sessions, maintenance and follow up is recommended.
